Museum No Hero in Delden brought together art from five continents in the former rentmeesterij of Landgoed Twickel. Founded by Dutch art collector Geert Steinmeijer, the museum opened in 2018 and presented works from his personal collection, which grew from an interest in Dutch art into a much broader collection spanning Europe, Asia and the Americas. The exhibitions combined paintings, sculptures and decorative arts from different cultures and periods, often exploring unexpected connections between them. After seven years of exhibitions, Museum No Hero closed permanently on 31 August 2025. Steinmeijer continues to maintain the collection, but there are no plans to reopen the museum.
