Once home to Vienna’s imperial horses, Halle E+G now hosts performances, concerts and cultural events in the historic MuseumsQuartier. The venue occupies part of the former imperial court stables, where grand historic architecture meets modern stage technology. The two halls have distinct roles: Halle E accommodates large-scale productions, while Halle G offers a more intimate setting for contemporary dance, experimental performance and concerts. Rather than a museum with a permanent collection, Halle E+G is a changing stage for live culture, with a programme that varies throughout the year.
